Tracking
How does the tracking work?
When a code is created in the user interface, that code is tagged to your chosen promotion and all the new signups will be automatically assigned to your affiliate account.
How do I link my site to Toro poker?
When you sign up as an affiliate, you must create a code that is connected to a promotion of your choice. Link the URL with the tracking code you would have created (http://www.toropoker.com/?code=xxxx). This tracking code is unique to you and when players sign-up from your URL we will know the source of the players.
How can I sign up players to Toro Poker offline?
You can sign up players by giving them a Bonus Card with a bonus code printed on it. This code is unique to you. When any player signs up with your bonus code, they would be automatically tracked to you.
How can I know how much I have earned in commission?
You can check your commissions earned online. Just login and click on the tab revenue and costs in the affiliate section of our website. These Statistics are updated daily by 9am.
Payments
How is my commission calculated?
Your poker commission is calculated every calendar month based on how much revenue your players have generated, with deductions for different bonuses and promotion costs during the month. The compensation model is the following:

If your customers have generated €6,500 during the month you will receive €5000 x 0.20 + € 1,500 x 0.25 = €1,375 in commission which will be deposited to your affiliate account.
How is the net revenue calculated?
For poker, net revenue is calculated as the total of your players' contribution to all "rakes" the new players were involved in while playing at the Toro Poker room, less any credits, bonus or promotional amounts given to players, less charge backs or any uncollectable revenue attributable to the Players.
When and how are affiliate payments made?
Affiliate payments are made into your player accounts.
How can I cash out my affiliate earnings?
You can withdraw your affiliate earnings from your player account through your preferred choice of payment method (eg bank transfer or credit card).
Are negative accruals carried over to the next month?
Yes. Negative accruals are carried forward to the next month.
Are there any withdrawal fees?
Each player is allowed one withdrawal free of charge every 30 days, irrelevant of the amount withdrawn. For more frequent withdrawals the fee is 10 Euros or VIP100.
